Terms of Sale
1. Delivery
All orders over £100 are eligible for free
delivery to any Northern Ireland address. Deliveries to Mainland
UK and ROI will be at extra cost (confirmed at time of order)
For orders of items currently in stock, we will
despatch within 2 working days of receipt of order. If all or
part of your order is not stocked, delivery timescales will depend
on the manufacturer. Please enquire at time of order.
The type of delivery service used will depend
on the nature and quantity of products ordered. Orders with a
total weight of less than 30kg and maximum dimensions 100cm x
100cm x 100cm will generally be despatched via our own vehicle
or via a Nationwide parcel carrier. Larger or heavier items will
be delivered via our chosen pallet carrier or independent haulage
specialist.
All deliveries will be on a recorded basis and
will require a signature on delivery. We are unable to deliver
to residential addresses. For deliveries to construction sites,
we require a contact name and telephone number for your authorised
representative on site.
Orders can also be collected from our stores,
by prior arrangement.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel an order, you may do so
by contacting us in writing (including e-mail or fax) within 7
days, providing the goods ordered are
• Not in the manufacturing process (part manufactured) specifically
for you.
• Have not been manufactured specifically for you.
• Have not been despatched and on route for delivery to
you.
If any of the above conditions do not apply, the order cannot
be cancelled, and will be dealt with under our returns policy
3. Return / Refund Policy
Returns and refunds are at the discretion of
the company. Claims may be made within up to 5 working days from
the despatch date by contacting us in writing.
Goods received damaged should be signed for as
such, and the recipient must notify our office by telephone or
e-mail within 24 hours of receipt. Goods found to be faulty as
a result of manufacturing defect must be notified to our office
within 14 days of receipt. Damaged or faulty items will be replaced
at no extra charge, subject to verification that the original
goods were not damaged after delivery, either due to mishandling
or incorrect installation. The original goods must be made available
for us to collect if required.
In the case of standard items (not specifically
manufactured for you and/or ordered by us, on your behalf specifically)
where the items were delivered to you as ordered, undamaged in
working condition provided they are returned in original packaging,
unmarked, and unused, we will generally offer a refund of 85%
the cost of the goods (excluding carriage charges where applicable).
You (the customer) are responsible for returning them to us at
your own expense and risk by insured means with adequate packaging
to protect in transit from damage. Goods must be returned within
28 days from the date of claim to be eligible for refund.
In the case of non standard items specifically
manufactured for the customer, where the goods were delivered
on time and in working condition, we regret that we are unable
to accept returns.
